How the Access Control Board works

The Access Control Board is the core part of the access control system. It is the digital system for managing doors in security. In our lives, there are many common access control systems... for example, password access control systems, non-contact IC card access control systems, and fingerprint identification access control systems. Let me take a look at how the Access Control Board works:

The access control card reader is used to read the card information of the person swiping the card, and then converts it into an electrical signal for transmission to the Access Control Board. The Access Control Board determines whether the cardholder is authorized or not during the time period according to the received card number. Enter the gate and complete the work of unlocking and keeping the lock according to the judgment result.
For the networked access control system, the Access Control Board also accepts the personnel information sent from the management computer and the corresponding authorization information, and simultaneously transmits the switch record of the switch door to the computer, and a single Access Control Board can form a simple access control system. To manage one or two doors, multiple Access Control Boards are connected to the computer through a communication network to form an access control system for the entire building.

The network type access controller can effectively manage multiple doors remotely. Currently, it can be managed by the computer card management software (or through the cloud platform), and all the information can be analyzed and processed by the software.
